Whaller is a platform that is constantly evolving (we update it functionally more than 3 times a week, and currently every day). The features and improvements listed on this "roadmap" page are to be seen as adaptable and not fixed.
At Whaller, we have always built our product with our users, and our customers. The 3 releases per week are short iterative cycles that allow us to take your suggestions into account, sometimes very quickly. Web application:
In a federation, it is possible to have sub-organisation spheres that are "public" for all members of the federation.
Matching: Whaller can be configured as a "large social network" with :
- Matching of people (Suggestions of people according to criteria defined by managers),
- Company profiles and matching,
- Matching of spheres.
Creation of a page dedicated to the directory of members of an organisation or federation.
"Discussion": Total overhaul of the chat and how it works: a genuine instant messaging tool, independent of the spheres and transverse to the platform, accessible from the web, mobile or heavyweight instant messaging client (Spring 2024).
Possibility of providing information on a collection of company files, accessible in the form of a directory (Spring 2024)
Workflow for validating box files (January 2024)
Possibility of sharing one or more files or folders from one box to another box
Implementation of a rich text editor (RTE) for creating new messages - available in beta (March 2024)

End-to-end encryption of spheres
Telephony: BBB videoconferencing can be joined via a telephone call.
Cybersecurity options:
- Automatic account deactivation after xx days,
- Mandatory validation of email address changes by the administrator,
- Reporting of emails that have returned a message from a non-existent recipient.
Mobile application:
The Whaller application appears in a phone's sharing options,
Deep link mechanism: when you click on a link to a sphere, message, invitation, etc. in an e-mail, the Whaller application opens,
Integration of a viewer for uploaded videos,
Unified search engine,
Editing of messages already posted.
