# What are Whallies?

Whallies are Whaller's virtual currency. They serve as a way to reward you based on your activity on the platform.  

Whallies can be used to purchase goodies in the Whaller [Shop](https://my.whaller.com/shop).

There are two ways to earn Whallies:

*   By inviting members to join your network (30 Whallies for the invitation, and 100 Whallies if the person signs up)
    
*   By participating in our [Ambassador Program](https://my.whaller.com/account/refer). Depending on the missions accomplished, you can earn up to 3,000 Whallies!
