Within a sphere, you can create different groups of people.  
Groups allow you to send information quickly to multiple members at the same time without having to mention each individual person. 

You must be a sphere administrator to be able to create a group.

To get started, click on the 3 dots in the subheader to open the sphere menu. Select "Groups".

The first group, by default, is the Administrators group. You can add another person to this group by clicking "Add a person". The person must be a member of the sphere.

To create a new group, click on the "Create a group" button. Enter the name of the new group. Don't worry if you make a mistake, you can modify it at any time!

Please note that you cannot include spaces or special characters in group names

Once the group is created, you can add members. Group members must be members of the sphere. 

To address a group in the message writing field, click on the "@" icon to choose from the list of groups, or enter "@@" followed by the name of the group. Enter your text, choose the visibility (in private or with members), then post the message. 

If you have selected "In private", only the members of the group will see it in the sphere.
