On Whaller, organization managers have the possibility to make the BigBlueButton webinar mode* option available in all of the spheres in their organization.

Enable webinar mode in an organization

Go to your organization’s admin pages. Click on the “Settings” tab.

In the “Sphere options” section, select “Add webinar option to video conferencing”.

Enable webinar mode in a sphere

Go to your sphere settings. In the “Tools” section, then “Video conference”, select “BigBlueButton webinar”.

Record a webinar

If you would like to record a webinar, click on the “Start recording” button, located at the top of the BigBlueButton interface.

Pause recording

If you would like to pause recording, simply click on the button again.

End recording

Once your webinar is finished, go to the video conference settings (top right) and click "End meeting". Shortly after, you will receive an email with a link to download your webinar recording.
