An organization manager has the possibility to enable multilingual content* in their federation. *This feature is available uniquely with the Enterprise offer and on the web application.
This allows you to create messages in different languages (among those available on the Whaller platform) and present the most relevant version to members according to their account language setting.
The language of the message (or article) that appears by default is the language of the user's account.
Note: Once this option is enabled, it allows all dependant organizations to have access to it.
Activate the multilingual tool
Go to the management pages of your organization, go to the "Settings" section, then "Spheres options". Activate the "Enable multilingual content" option.
Add the languages that you would like to make available (from the languages available on Whaller - Dutch, English, Estonian, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish, Swedish).
Create multilingual versions of a message
Once you have written your message in the publication area, select the language corresponding to the message and share it in the news feed.
After the message has been shared, use the "Choose a language" icon to edit the content in the other available languages.
Writing a CMS article in multilingual content
In your organization’s administration pages, go to the “CMS” tab.

Write your article by selecting the original language of your article.
Create versions of your article in the other languages defined beforehand.
Remember to register before writing your article in another language.
Publish your articles
Once you have finished writing, click on the “Publish article” button and view it on your portal.
