Download the contents of a file box

On Whaller, sphere administrators have the possibility to export the contents of a single folder or the entire file box*.

_Note:_ This feature is not available with OneDrive.

**Download the contents of an entire file box**

In the file box, click on the "**Download**" button to download the entire contents of the box.

**Download the contents of a single folder**

In the file box, click on the three dots next to the folder you would like to download to open the menu. Select “**Download**”.



Once the export is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download your content.
