Members directory of an organization

Accessing the directory

If it is active, the directory of members of an organisation can be accessed from the header bar of the organisation portal as well as from your left-hand navigation sidebar, in the "Tools" section.

Search by filter

Several filters are available in the right-hand column to help you search for profiles according to :
- a role
- one or more tags
- by keyword in the search bar: the results will match the items entered in the user's biography and profile fields

From a profile, you can start an instant chat with the user

Activating / deactivating the directory

The member directory can be activated or deactivated by the organisation managers:

General settings > Settings > Portal customization

It is also possible to define the order of these menus in the header bar via the following interface:
