Header bar

When connected to Whaller, you will note that there is a header bar, present on all pages. 



Header bar icons explained (from left to right) 

"My spheres": view and access all of your spheres directly. The number next to each sphere indicates the number of unread messages (Total in the title, then in detail per sphere).

House icon: return to the "root" (main) page

Search bar (for a person)

Bell icon : allows you to quickly find your new messages, your received invitations, requests for entries (only for managers and administrators) as well as network suggestions.

+ icon: groups several actions

Create an organization

Create a sphere

Invite someone

Chat icon: start a new conversation in the chat or see related notifications

Lifebuoy icon: access Whaller online support, roadmap, suggestion platform, etc.

Your avatar (your photo if you uploaded it): gives access to your account information and settings:




Your favorites (messages, tasks, files/folders, articles, spheres)

Tasks assigned to you

Badges you've earned

Your account settings

Your various profiles per sphere or organization

Your notification settings

Your password and security

Your connections and sessions

Your cookies

The possibility to close the session or close all sessions (several computers/devices)


What is the difference between "Close this session" and "Close all sessions"? 

Close this session: Close Whaller on the computer that you are using.

Close all sessions: Close Whaller on all devices (tablet, smartphone, computers,...) where a session was open. This is especially useful if you are using a shared computer, or if you left someplace without checking if you closed your session.
