Request and invitation in a sphere or organization
Entry requests and invitations can be found at 2 levels.
At the organization level, a manager can view:
Requests to join an organization
Invitations to join a sphere of the organization sent by any manager or administrator.
At the sphere level, an administrator can view:
Requests to join the sphere.
Invitations sent by all sphere administrators.
To access the requests for entry into an organization, a manager must go to the management pages via the cogwheel and click on the submenu "Invitations" of the "Requests and Invitations" section.
This tab allows an organization manager to manage 2 types of entry requests:
- Users making a request to join the organization,
- users who have received an invitation to join a sphere but are not yet members of your organization.
From this page, he can accept or refuse these requests, delete the processed requests and export the requests in xls format.
To more easily identify requests, he can use the filters "Unprocessed", "Accepted", "Rejected" or "Inactive".
To access invitations sent in all areas of the organization, a manager must go to the management pages via the cogwheel and click on the "Invitations" sub-menu in the "Requests and Invitations" section
This tab allows an organization manager to find invitation requests sent by all managers and administrators.
From this page, he can search by invitation sender or recipient. He can also delete the invitations by clicking on the trash icon.

To access the entry requests in a sphere, an administrator must click on the 3 small dots and click on "Requests".
This tab allows a sphere administrator to manage users wishing to enter the sphere. From this page, he can accept or refuse these requests.
To more easily identify the requests, he can use the filters "Unprocessed", "Accepted", "Rejected" or "Inactive".
To access a sphere's pending invitations, an administrator must click on the 3 small dots and click on "Pending Invitations".
This tab allows a sphere administrator to manage the invitation requests sent. From this page, he can invite people to the sphere, re-invite them (globally or individually), edit them or delete them (globally or individually).
NB: when a user invited by email already has an account, it is his login that appears in the pending invitation.
