Management of spheres
As an organization manager, you can have a global view of all the spheres attached to your organization.
To do so, go to the "Spheres" tab of the administration pages.
In the upper right corner, a button allows you to export the list of all the spheres of the organization. The export will be sent to you by e-mail.
Each line is relative to a given sphere and allows multiple actions such as :
- Appoint a new sphere administrator of a sphere using his login,
- classify the sphere in a family,
- access the sphere settings via the three small dots.
In the first section of the sphere settings, you can edit the following parameters: "Exhibition", "Type" and "Visibility", reserved exclusively for the organization managers. If necessary, have a look at the article recalling these sphere criteria.
