A Sphere administrator can restrict posting in a sphere.
A restricted sphere is a sphere that allows the publication of public messages to be reserved for a group called "staff". Members can then comment on these publications or send private messages to the sphere "staff".
To restrict the publication of a sphere, an administrator must go to the sphere settings via the three small dots and check the option "Restrict publication" *. You will then have to add the logins of the staff members.

Messages are displayed, by default, in reverse chronological order (most recent at the top).
A new comment on a message causes it to move up in the feed (unlike "likes").
A message can also be moved up manually by clicking on the "Move this message up" arrow icon.

You can attach images to messages in spheres, though you may have noticed that certain images appear "cropped" or blurry.
The reason is simple: these images are previews, that you must click on in order to view the image in full resolution.
Why not display images directly in messages?
For two reasons:
Some images do not lend themselves to being displayed in a stream of messages, for example the image below, which has a long, vertical format that takes up a great deal of space:Few readersWhat is the "Move this message up" for?
The "Move this message up" feature is not intended for moderation.
It was developed to prevent users who have the right to comment on messages from leaving a comment without content for the purpose of moving a message up.
When a message is commented on, it does in fact move up in the feed so that users can see the latast conversations first.
Writing "⬆️" or "up", for example (which is common practice in networks with this type of feed classification), is the same as clicking "Move this mesFew readersHow can I delete my Whaller account?
If you would like to delete your Whaller account (of course we hope you don't 😉), you will need to send us your deletion code, in order for us to ensure that the person making the request is in fact the account owner.

This system has been put in place as a security measure. You will be alerted by a pop-up window that displays the number of attempts remaining, then a link to reset your password before the account is blocked.Few readersWhat are "Forum" spheres?
The Forum option can be enabled by a sphere administrator in the sphere settings.
The correct responses to messages can be qualified and highlighted, and the incorrect responses can be blurred.
The forum feature lets you validate comments on a message. When a user posts a comment, it's noted as "Pending". The sphere administrator can then refuse or validate the comment.

On Whaller, an organization manager has the ability to enable the " Include personal video link in profiles* " option. Once enabled, organization members can customize their profile by adding a link to their personal video.
