Manage your notifications
There are many interactions on Whaller, which means potentially many notifications. We recommend taking a few minutes to personalize your settings to choose how and when you would like to receive them. An organization is an entity, such as an association, company, club, etc. Its users are the members of the organization (internal users, like employees, for example), or visitors (external users, like clients or partners). There is no limit to the number of members or visitors an organization can have. The spheres created within an organization are different from personal spheres. First visit? Click on the "Sign up" button. The Root page is the home page of every Whaller user. It can be accessed by clicking on the Home icon in the top left corner of the header bar. From this page a user can find the different spheres and organizations he is a member of, his favorites, the tasks he has been assigned and his badges. You can modify your account and profile by clicking on your avatar, then selecting " Account settings " in the menu. Whaller has a web and mobile (or tablet) application available for download from the Apple Store and Google Play. It will be accessible via your usual username and password. Networks on Whaller are made up of “spheres”. A sphere is a secure and independent space where members can communicate via public/private messages and work together using a variety of collaboration tools. There are several different types of spheres to choose from, which allow you to customize your network according to your needs. Classic sphere A classic sphere is the most common type of sphere. Task Kanban
The task kanban (available from the Pro offer) allows you to have a visibility on all the projects to do, in progress or finalized. It is accessible via the "Tasks" button in the header bar along with the other tools available in the sphere. The Whaller 365 office suite (available from the Pro offer*) allows sphere members to view, create, modify and co-edit documents stored in a file box in real time.
